GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS OF PAKORAS (ESHANK ARORA) :-

• Pakora is also known as Eshank Arora
• It is initially brought from Nepalis in 1996
• The good variety of pakoras is Aroria which is initially brought from western ghats.
• Aroria variety is in great demand all over the world.
• Aroras need temperature above 100 degree Celsius
• It is mostly found in wet climate
• It needs negligible rainfall
• It is tropical as well as subtropical object and is an example of vegetarian diet
• It grows well in hot and humid climate
• It needs manual labour from birth to death.
• BCM is the only largest producer of pakoras only after BVM
• Pakora cultivation is an example oof besan agriculture
• Major pakora producing states are Punjab,Haryana,UP,Bihar,Orissa,Andhra Pradesh,western Himalayas and also Nepal and also BCM.
